Fullframe Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the Fullframe app. By using it you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. How we handle your photos and data is described separately in our Privacy Policy.

1. The free app

Fullframe's free editing tools (crop, adjustments, retouch, filters, background removal, text and collage, and full-quality export) run on your phone, work offline and need no account. They are free to use with no time limit, and nothing that is free today will move behind a paid plan.

2. Subscriptions

• Fullframe offers optional subscriptions (Pro, Pro AI+ and Pro AI Max), billed monthly or yearly through Google Play. The price for your country is shown in the app and in Google Play before you subscribe.
• A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. You can cancel any time in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions). After you cancel, you keep what you paid for until the end of the current period.
• Free trial. Where a free trial of Pro is offered, the app shows its price, the date it will charge and how to cancel before the trial starts. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, Google Play charges you automatically for the plan you chose.
• Payments, refunds and billing problems are handled by Google Play under its own terms. We never see or store your card details.
• Every Pro tool can be tried at full quality without a subscription. Saving a photo that keeps a Pro effect needs a subscription, and the app tells you so before you try the tool.

3. AI tokens

• AI tools use AI tokens. The app shows how many tokens an operation costs before you run it.
• Pro includes a one-time gift of AI tokens when you subscribe. It does not renew.
• Pro AI+ and Pro AI Max include an allowance of AI tokens for each billing period. Unused tokens do not carry over; the allowance resets at the start of the next period.
• AI tokens are not sold separately, have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
• If an AI operation fails before its result starts downloading, it costs nothing. If the download breaks, the app retries once for free and tells you whether the tokens were counted. Undo does not give back the tokens of a result that was delivered.

4. Your photos and AI results

• Your photos stay yours. We claim no ownership of anything you edit or create in Fullframe.
• When you run an AI tool, you allow us and our AI provider to process that photo only to produce the result you asked for, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• AI results are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or unexpected. Check a result before you use or share it. You can report a result you think is inappropriate from inside the app.

5. Using Fullframe responsibly

You agree not to use Fullframe, and in particular its AI tools, to:

• edit photos of people in a way that harasses, deceives, sexualises or defames them, or edit a photo of someone without the right to do so;
• create sexual content involving minors, or any content that is illegal where you live;
• pass off an edited or AI-generated image as an unaltered record of a real event in order to mislead;
• break the law or infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
• overload, probe, reverse engineer or misuse the AI service, or get around its limits.

We may refuse an AI request, or stop AI access for a subscription, when it is used in breach of these rules.

6. The app itself

Fullframe, its design and its code belong to Appy Nation and its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, under these terms and Google Play's terms. Open-source components are listed in the app under Profile > Open-source licences.

7. Changes and availability

We improve Fullframe over time and may change, add or remove features. We will not move a free feature behind a paid plan. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update this page and the "last updated" date below; continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.

8. Warranty and liability

We work hard to make Fullframe reliable, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it will be error-free or always available, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of photos you did not save. Keep your own copies of photos that matter to you. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer that the law of your country does not allow to be limited.
